Over a year ago, I was trying to repair my credit. The creditor had closed down, and all accounts were taken over by houehold bank. I had been involved in a car accident. Household bank never activated my credit protection, ecen after numerous calls, and documents that were sent. They closed my account and they are still charging me overlimit fees and they are charging me finance charges. This is an outrage. I have never heard of closed account charging fees. It has taken me over 2 years to pay off this account. There was only $400.00 charged to this account, and I have paid over $2000. I hope that this company closes down, and karma gets her way. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BANK!
