Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

After the lease was signed, (Leased with them July 2015-2017) and the keys were given, it felt like the help disappeared. Management has been very difficult to work with. My roomates doorknob fell off, to use a better word, 'slipped' off due to stripped threads. Made a request and called a few times to get this fixed. Maintenance puts the same door knob on, and surprise surpise...door knob falls off again. We have had a mouse infestation starting in the first winter months; had to put in at least 3 maintenance requests to get their attention.

It was very exhausting to put in a request to get anything fixed, to say the least. The girls who answer the phone are so rude, talk over you, and completely disrespected.

We were always polite and made sure to be respectful (This was our first rodeo in renting)-rent was paid on time and, for our documentation, we kept records. We caught them in a red-handed lie when they notfied us that we had some late charges. Hmm. I check the online portal which shows a ridiculous charge. When they could not back up any evidence or numbers, they explained they were sorry about the confusion, and their computer systems would malfunction and the numbers were an error.

When we were in the process of moving out, we made sure that house was sparkling; cleaned and sterilized every inch of that house to ensure each one of our security deposit's would be recieved back in full. I scheduled to do a walkthrough with one of the inspectors, Randy. Was told we would only be docked for a few blinds and the house looked in great condition.

3 weks later, a check was mailed with all three of our names on it in the sum of a third of what we put down. The charges they wrote out for the "damages" they has to repair totaled $1,400. Are. You. Kidding Me.

We were scammed, taken advantage of, and now we are appealing this matter. I asked to see the house and look at all the repairs and their response: "We'll get back to you", "I'll call you right back", "It's not protocol because you signed the lease". What are they hiding? My money??

Still trying to find a way to get my money that I rightly deserve. If anyone out there knows a way how to go about this, it would be much appreciated.
