HP Consultants in Carlsbad, CA - OPwner-Larry HP Consultants/Owner Larry is scamming customers with timeshares Carlsbad California
Larry, the owner of HP Consultants ripped off over $3,000 from us promising that he would sell timeshare and remove our names from the tilte. Since we paid him for this service 4 years ago, we continued to receive maintenance fees of $800 for timeshare in Cabos San Lucas. Now the maintenance fee bill is over $2,000 because he has failed to pay them. I have contacted him to find out why I'm still receiving this maintenance bill when he informed me that the timeshare has been sold.
I have constantly requested that he remove our name from this maintenance bill. Every year he tells me to send him the bill and that he would pay it. HE DID NOT PAY IT. As a result of him not paying this maintenance fee bill, a collections agency is now contacting us and my credit score has decreased by 100 points.
I'm seriously concern that this HP Consultants have scam us with over $3,000 and has failed to provide the services they promised. Additionally, they ruining our credit which I have worked so hard to maintain.
