HSA BENIFICIAL THE REFUSE TO ASSIST IN GETTING OUR INTERIST RATE DOWN FROM 10% DORAVILLE, Georgia
They refuse to assist us in Getting Our Interest Rate Down From 10%, currently The house Value 80,000, Loan Amount 130,000
As long as we are making the payment beneficial is laughing all the way to the bank. We cant get a straight answer from them concerning the loan type. Its defiantly not a Freddy may or a Freddy mac loan or we would have gotten some help from somebody, we have been turned down 3 times because of loan type (unknown)
Now they are trying to screw us around with our home owners insurance. I am not on the loan, my wife is, but I am on the title and I have been paying the house insurance for 18 years with the same insurance company. We just got a call from our insurance and they said beneficial will not accept our insurance because its not in the correct name? After 15 years its a problem now. We are ready to walk away and screw our credit up! Beneficial needs to be checked and out in there place. One good thing the last itme we spoke with themon the phone we had an English speaking person, we could actually understand them.
