dude here is an easy way to fix the problem. get a friendly attorney who wont charge u much to send a certified letter to the servicing company for HSBC. in the letter state have your attorny indicate there has been damages done to you from probative actions within their organization. Such as screwing up your escrow and 'losing' your payment-which if not corrected immediately, will result in litigation. see if that doesnt change their tune in a huge hurry. If it doesnt, have your attorney go file the action in court and appoint an arbirtator to oversee the matter.
