As a former employee of HumanSide International, I have seen them go through vendors like butter. In my 6 month employment term we went through 5 accountants and 6 lawyers. They then told some of them that they would not pay them. If Christopher Link does not like the kind of job you are doing he will send his "attack" lawyers to come after you. Typically the smaller companies don't have enough money to fight back, so they end up loosing money. If his current lawyer gets no settlement from the smaller companies, then he will hire a new lawyer. This process will continue until they get a settlement.
Vendors and prospective employees beware! If you decide to deal with this company, get all money UP FRONT!
I personally would NOT deal with this company in ANY manner.

The mere fact that you state "we will explore legal remedies" merely backs up my statement of using "attack lawyers" to bully people into things. Christopher "Wolf" Link is a sick man and can not be trusted with investors money, much less his own. That is why all of his stuff was in the HumanSide board room because he did not pay his apartment complex.

Christopher Link is not an owner of HumanSide, merely an employee. While the company was at times late in paying employees, every person who has worked for the company in the past two years was fully paid.

HumanSide has gone through some difficulties not unlike any other dot com start up in the past two years. At this time the owners are pursuing avenues to maintain debt payments where appropiate. The person who posted the notice is not an insider nor a vendor. The comments are slanderous and untrue. HumanSide nor Christopher Link have never engaged attack lawyers, which is a description used by the writer. The style of writing shows that the person responsible for this rip off posting is not familiar with the facts. Christopher Link has a solid reputation and we will explore legal remedies.
