My credit card statement came and, in fact, reflected the credit to my account. As of this date, I still have not heard from iambigbrother.com! Having to find another type of software to monitor my family's computer usage, I turned to SpectorPro and purchased it. I highly recommend others to look at it as an alternative to iambigbrother - it does everything I was looking for.

I got a reply back today from 2checkout.com - They've refunded my credit card! So evidently, they can't even get a response from iambigbrother!! So, word to the wise: iambigbrother might be a neat program, but if you have ANY problems at all - they simply are not available for ANY help, even to the company that gets them their cash! Wow! Is that dumb, or what?!!!

As noted above, 2checkout.com advised me to wait 48 hours from the time of their email to me. That was January 30, 2004. It is now February 3rd and absolutely no contact whatsoever from iambigbrother.com. Per 2checkout.com's email I quoted above, I have reopened another ticket with them. This continues to suck: my credit card has been charged and now I'm playing games trying to get iambigbrother to respond. They apparently have a very slow response time even to the company that gets their money for them! Not a good sign!

I finally was contacted by the company that iambigbrother.com used for its financial transactions. Here is their response: -------------------------------- Hello Joel, I apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. We will be notifying the vendor on your behalf. The vendor is then permitted 48 hours in which to respond to you and to provide us with a copy of any correspondence that relates to this matter. If they fail to respond, please reopen this ticket for further assistance regarding this matter. We appreciate your patience in this matter. -------------------------------- So we'll see what happens ... At least 2 checkout.com responded! They appear to be interested in resolution with iambigbrother.
