We booked a villa through Shaun at Ibiza Villas VIP (via HomeAway, now since removed from that site I think).
Failing to provide what we had paid for - we were taken to a completely different villa that was too small for our large group.
Failure to provide an adequate replacement, which was very clearly too small, had no tennis court, and was clear that the pool had not been cleaned.
Failing to communicate adequately throughout the entire process (I have c50 unreplied emails, calls and texts, all saved).
Failing to notify us of the switch to the different villa until 10 mins before we boarded our flight.
Failing to provide details of the new villa until we were halfway through our flight.
Failing to provide the airport transfers for our friends as promised.
Failure to provide trips into town as promised.
The cleaners removed ALL of the alcohol and food we had purchased on the Saturday, incurring more cab fares and wasted time and money replacing this.
Promised a €500 rebate as compensation but this never arrived despite 20 emails chasing this.
Thankfully we refused to hand over the €1000 deposit requested or that would likely be gone too.
