Unsolicted E-mail sent to me about Visa card. No mention of who sender was. First question asked was name. Second was for account number of checking or savings. "DUMB ME GAVE IT" Then sales pitch about monthly report to credit bureau and monthly cost of $29.00 +/-. I said no to this charge and attempted to exit web site. It let me leave after telling me I would receive approval or disapproval of card in six to eight weeks. No mention of charges. All traces of the wed address was deleted from my e-mail with no trace of who sent e-mail. Two days latter a news report warned of this type action and I called my bank. Sure enough a withdrawal of $159 had been made by IcardServices. Bank gave me 1-86-630-3757 number which only gave me answere machine run around. I contacted my bank and they asked me to come in and fill out a dispute claim. Said money would be returned to my account until dispute was settled.
