Imperial Reporting Center (I.R.C.) Locate To Deliver -Notice- Plainview, New York
I was sent a letter dated February 11, 2011 regarding prize money in the amount of $1.25 million. The delivery I.D. is ******2958.
I searched the name on the WEB and came across this site and saw that Wendy had received the same letter last year. I just want to reinforce what she has reported.
It seems that they make money off the masses. In other words, the ask for "Just $19.99" which may not seem like a lot, but if you multiply it by the number of people who may blindly respond, it can surely pay their bills.
