Imperial Reporting Center Identified holder of Prize I.D. Plainview, New York
Recieved the following letter from IRC on Jan 15, 2011 notifying me that "delivery arrangements are completed for You regarding Your Issuance I.D. 15*******".
I did a web search and found this site detailing other receipients doubts about this company. On the back of the letter it puts its disclaimer "This communication is not a sweepstakes or award notification and does not guarantee that you will win any sweepstakes", in other words send us 19.99 for nothing except the fancy letter we have sent you.
Yes this is a ripoff, you have to read it so you know where they are hanging their hats llegally to avoid prosecution and to continue their little con-job.
