AND YOU WISH YOU HAD THAT MONEY BACK AND HAD NEVER SPENT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. the odds are against any marriage lasting very long these days anyway. You'd be better off putting that money in an escrow account instead of doling it out to some RIP OFF BRIDAL PLACE. Almost all of those service industries and retailers who have to do with weddings are going to rip you off. You are not a return customer so they have to make their money off of you while you are there to spend. Good luck. I hope you rmarriage last and the great trouble, expense and efforts will be worth it.

She has a facebook page that I have sent her a message to. I was on her website earlier and now she has removed her email address from it AFTER I emailed her there too. Here is a link to her facebook page. Everyone she has done wrong should send her a message. http://karenannweddings.com/2008/09/19/vistit-karen-ann-weddings-on-facebook/

I, too, bought from her off ebay in December 2008. She has never refunded my money or provided me with the product I bought. I bought 100 heart wine stoppers from her. She gave me excuses up until Feb 2009 then no return call or return emails. I have tried NUMEROUS times and she will not respond at all. There are TWO websites she is selling out of and it's sick and very sad for us all. I can't believe this. She also was trying to do business as Philaweddings on ebay but it looks like that "name" is gone off ebay too. I'm going to do as Chrissy said and file a complaint with the attorney general of PA. Good luck ladies! Kristina San Antonio, Texas U.S.A.

What I have done now is to file a report with the Attorney Generals in both Pennsylvania (where the business is located) AND in my home state. You can find this information if you google Attorney General and the name of the state. Look for "Consumer Protection" and "file a report". I suggest that you all do the same. If the attorney general gets enough complains about the same company, they're bound to do something.
