WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Beware!!!

I run a company and we contract outside work.

Sometimes good talent comes to us, and they dont have a corporation set up for themselves, so I help them out and foot the bill, we'll set up a corp for ppl we contract and take it out of the 1st check we're due to pay them.

Recently I send Incfile.com 5 applications at once to set up corps for business partners of mine.

They call me to verify use of my cars for all 5 corps. I verify. We wait a week, get nothing. (Paid for the expedited service which takes 3/4 days to get your docs).

We call 20x, literally, no answer. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE.

They get back to me a couple of days later saying they need CC verification. Uh didn't I do this already?? No worries, I verify again.

Wait another week. Got no docs, no emails for preogress, nothing!!!

So I have the individuals call incfile, the ppl waiting for their corps to be set up and docs sent.

AGAIN THEY REACH NOBODY AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS.

They email a few back telling them their orders were cancelled because tincfile never received credit card verification.

WTF??? ARE tHESE GUYs REALLY this stupid there??? I VERIFIED TWICE!!!!

So I CALL again again 20x no answer.

I send emails, no response.

NEver received a refund.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! 

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER!! EVER EVER EVER!!!
