Independent Contractor's Service SCAM Artist, They take your money and NEVER sent my Grandchildren there magazines. Sent Reg letter. they said it takes up to 90-120 days. Now is 195 days and still no Magazines. The rep was very RUDE. Beware people Delray Beach Florida
Total Scam Artists. They take your money and never mailed magazines to my grandchildren. Mailed to letters with no responce. Then mailed the 3rd letter registered return Reciept and still no responce. A week later a post card comes in the mail saying it takes 90 to 120 days to come.
Well it is now 197 days and still no magazines, no sorry letter, no nothing. But they love to cash my check.
The person I called at ICS was rude, vage with no comitment.
Do not deal with these people. Buyer beware. Con artist, Scam Artist.
I wasted $37.50 plus postage for three letters and $5.75 for the Registered return reciept.
