industrial state suply has called my twice this week (June 1 and June 2).
They have pulled records back to 2009 and in our conversation I do remember ordering 2 gallons of Durocoat then for approx. $200. In 2010 they discussed a shipment of 7 gallons to me of which 2 gallons were free to encourage the sale. The $479.70 was for the order made in 2010. Their telephone receptionist mislead me saying it was impossible to find old records and settle my dispute. I was told order more supplies or forget it. Actually by refusing to check old records I could have ordered additonal stuff and the loss would have been on the company's side.
Additional remarks. Their salesmen don't take no for an answer. You'll be dealing with some of the best in the field. I have not used the Durocoat sent me. The reports were glowing. 15 year guarantee, won't yellow, won't crack. I was sold white gallons to seal a moist basement. I was told by them recently that the Durocoat only seals out moistuire on the surface of wood, concrete, etc. but would not hold back moisture from coming through cinder block. When I ordered white Durocoat the salesman told me that one of his biggest accounts was 100 gallons of Durocoat a month by a contractor who restored damp and wet basements.
I have no personal experience as to whether Durocoat will meet the superior qualities I am hoping to enjoy. I look forward to using it this summer.
