I worked at influent for almost 4 years..i was NOT in management.. i was a phone sales rep myself.. this will be interesting to follow.. the center manager was always nice to me though.. and there was alot of drugs... im 48 tho and theres drugs everywhere it seems.. the HR manager was impossible to deal with.. like talking to a brick. and the owner of the company "andy" was the most uncaring man ive ever met.. he only worried about his own pocketbook and seriously did NOT care about the workers.. we were expendable and very easily replaced as he said.

I agree with all things said above. This place is worthless and it's drug central. It's like being in high school all over again. Immature kids, drug addicts, sluts, losers, peer pressure and more. Training is week and sucks a*s. They don't teach the people properly like they should. Then they stick you on the computers to learn the program 1 time and the next day they expect you to be talking to live customers. Where's the hands-on-training gone these days? Also, they say they do background checks? I believe that to be total bullshit.. especially when the place is crawling with nothing but drug addicts and people that has said they've been in jail LOL. This place is retarded and not worth $7.25 a hour unless you're one of the followings... druggy(dealer), alcoholic, s**t/w***e, or all 3. Flipping burgers sounds better then this place.

I totally agree with this ripoff report. I only survived one month at influent of marietta. If you weren't a druggy, or willing to sleep with anyone, you didn't fit in to their "clicks". Also, the way they wanted you to slam sell was just ridiculous. Also, i know their procedure for the do not call lists was a load of crap. If the person on the phone says to put the number on the list, you have to do it. Their crap about having to talk to the main lead to put the number on the list is total bullshit. My wife also worked there. She was forced to be a cleaning b***h for them for not bending in to their rules and slam selling people. Also, when the road conditions were horrible, she tried to call off work. They told her to come in or she was fired. She wrecked her car on the way to work, and when she showed up late because of it, she got fired anyways. Influent is the worst place i've ever worked. All the harassment, backstabbing, drug dealing, and rudeness is completely uncalled for. Something needs to be done about this place.
