Dear Chelsea: First you must realize that these entities are total frauds. The taped 'agreement' is so easy to edit in today's digital technology that it would not stand up in a court of law anyway. Second, a legitimate directory will always send you a written copy of the agreement and a proof. If Infomatika sent you either one I'll be surprised. Third, look at a map and see that Champlain, New York is a small village on the border with Canada. It is a short drive from Montreal on the autoroute. That is where these criminals are actually located. The 'mail drop' is to fool you, and to make it easier for them to mail out their scam invoices. So I suggest you report them to the Attorney General of New York, Your Own Attorney General, the FTC and the Post Office for mail fraud. Then when they call let them know that you've reported them. Screen your calls and dump these losers. They can't actually make you pay. They can only intimidate you.
