Almost two months ago I used this website and I purchased 3 items. Then they would update my shipping only of 2 of them and they advertise that they would ship in a week and after a month nothing arrived and I had to push them to give me some info.

the only way to contact them is by email. They reply as automatic reply and when you reply to their emails it goes directly to your own email address. So that was way suspicious and I told them stop the shipping that was still in China and refund me. Instead they avoid replying then after few days they told me that they would refund me two for 2 items. One they did the other one instead they waited that the shipping started from China and so they told me that for this reason was impossible to refund me. 

Now after two months nothing arrived and I discovered that actually is been shipped to Montreal not in Vancouver so at least it’ll take another 3 weeks.

I told them that I would send them back and get the refund instead but they keep just denying me my rights. Moreover I have all the screenshots of what I’m saying and also they just ignore them. 

Please help me. Apparently also online their reputation is horrible because for their cs and for the fact that they don’t care when the items actually will be delivered because their policy is it’s shipped and so you pay for it. No matter what
