I saw an ad for this company on MSN's home page. It advertised for a software program download for $29.95 or $39.95 for the super great version (added an additional 500 tv stations, etc.), For the first time in my life, I ordered something without checking on it first. Anyway, I paid by credit card and downloaded the software. When I opened the program, I got a FEW tv programs that were listed as US programs. Never heard of any of them exceept for CSPAN which I can get free anyway. The rest of the tv stations were foreign...many form the middle east. I realized immediately that what I'd paid for was worthless. The ad says that there's a 60 day satisfaction guarantee and if you aren't satisfied, you can cancel for a full refund. I immediately attempted to contact the company but absolutely could not. There is no telephone number anywhere I could find on the website. When I tried to send information through their customer support page, I kept getting error messages and none of my emails ever went through. I finally called my credit card company and asked them to cancel the payment. They, of course can't cancel the payment until it's posted. Then they can cancel it.

Bottom line, this company is bogus and their product is worthless. If they gave it away for free it wouldn't be worth the time to download it.
