United States of America#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Sat, January 09, 2010
I am a former collections manager of Innovative Accounts Management (AKA: IAM Collections).
I was a long-time employee (4+ years) who gave my notice of resignation when these "incidents" became the daily norm.
If anyone would need my assistance in any type of action against the company, don't hesitate to reach out to me.
I witnessed both clients and "debtors" who were victims of the company.
Reports not being sent or being sent without payments (and payments never being received) are normal of the company. It is also normal of the company to use "checks by phone" and any checks which bounce, to be held for several weeks/months in the owners desk drawer, and re-drawn on the account for $1,000-$2,000 more than what the initial check-by-phone was authorized for. (IE: A $275.00 phone check would be printed as a $1,275.00 phone check).
I can provide any information which is needed, along with the name of the detective whom I presented files to (shredded checks, financial reports, etc).

COLLECTION AGENCIES CANNOT BE TRUSTED. NOT EVEN IF YOU ARE THE BUSINESS THAT HIRED THEM! Hope you learned a valuable lesson - its not worth it..
