I received a phone message from a woman with a foreign accent named threatening me of a lawsuit pending against me. The phone number he left was 760-284-4637. She told me she was from California State Attorneys office, she told me I was being charged with several violations. I did not pay a loan back from Instacash loans.
I call the number and the same p***k answers the phone. She kept on telling me she was the attorney and InstaCash was the name of the company she is representing. He didn't answer my question. She wanted to read an affidavit to me. I was interested so he I listened. She indicated that I was being sued for on a payday loan.. I did a reverse phone look-up on 411.com, there is no record, the number is non published, funny for an attorney to have a non published number Called back hung up on me. They say this is the legal department of cash advanced..
