Instant Site Comments, Robert Blackstone No Customer Support, Vendor has Disappeared No Idea Where They Are nationwide
I purchased the instant site comments software over a year ago. I could never get it installed and working properly. Robert Blackstone said that he would personally install this software if I couldn't get it running.
That never happened.
Months passed and I have left a series of questions at their help desk which go completely unanswered.
I contacted the company that referred them which is Allan Gardyne at Associates Programs, and received an email from an assistant saying they were sorry I was having trouble and that Robert is a good guy.
Still no resolution and the software is useless to me.
This is the kind of thing that makes internet businesses get a bad rap.
