Instant Tax Service Instant Tax Service they gave me a income tax loan that is called RAL and charged me over a thousand dollars and took a 165 fee out of my state tax chicago heights, Illinois
So i went in to Instant Tax Service because i needed extra money, and they offer a loan for up to 1,000 dollars which is called a (RAL). I was approved for 300 dollars. So the tax preparer said my check will be back in a couple weeks 2 months went passed, check finally is ready i go into the office the fee's they charged was over a thousand dollars, for a 300 dollars loan. Next check to come is the state check it was for 689 dollars could you beleive they took a 165 dollar fee out of that, when he told me plan as day that state fee's were including with the prep fee. This is an outrage!!!! We need to prepare a lawsuit.
