Simple enough, I went in to the office to get some information, found out they could not get my w-2. I asked them to hold off on the process until I could access my w-2's, did not sign any paperwork, and recieved a call from them about a half an hour later telling me they filed my claim already and I could just sign for it when I pick up my check.
They really screwed me, $200 less than what I would have gotten from (((competitor's name redacted))), $100 more in fees, and they're still giving me the runaround waiting for my check to come.
Not to mention, (((redacted))) found an extra $2000 that they seemed to miss. I will be contacting a tax lawyer whom I'm sure would have a field day with this.
