instant tax service scam misleading ads and liers rockford, Illinois
i went in to instant tax to see about the ad they ran on tv about getting up to 1000 dollars. they said i was approved for $50 which everyone only gets $50 to $100.I was told the irs had accept my return of $466 but thier fees are $348 plus the $50 they gave me they said i didnt qualify for the RAL loan which noone is.They told me my return will be avaivable on the 18th of jan.2012.I called back on jan 20th 2012.they said that my return would not be in until jan.26th 2012.after doing reserch on this company i found that they are not able to send any info to irs until given w2s.Now im wondering if or when i will get my return.Do the math how can they charge me $300 if im only expecting $400?Please dont waste your time going to this service to file they just lie and cheat you out of your money.
