Instant Tax Servie Did not receive tax refund chicago Illinois

I filed my 2012 tax return with Instant Tax Service. My tax preparer was Waldo. I never received my refund. I understand the company in Chicago was closed down. The office was at 26th & St Louis, Chicago IL
