Instawares, InstaOffice Group ripoff Kennesaw Georgia
Ordered a cup dispenser and cups in mid-July. Received the cups almost immediately, however, did not receive the dispenser and nothing on the packing slip to indicate back order.
Called the company and spent well over 40 minutes on hold before being told the item was discontinued and had to be special ordered. They said it would be two weeks before it came in.
It is now October 11 and after two more phone calls, and numerous emails, I still don't have a cup dispenser. In one of my last emails I asked them to tell me when it would be here or refund my money. Did not get a reply to that email or the two after that.
The people I talked to were Brad on the phone and Kimberly Swensen by email. Last communication from them was on 9-20.
