Integretel Info service ripoff 900 number internet scam I did not subscribe to any such so called service San Jose California
When I received my phone bill I noticed right away that my bill was almost doubled. $47.70 I called the phone company and they told me to call Integretel. When I called the so called customer service representitive told me that it was something that dialed (of course I did not). Then just as most everyone else reported they told me they would only refund 50% after threatening me with collections. After that I raised my voice but did not swear and I was hung up on. When I called back the person I talked to said that he was a supervisor. I told him I was not going to pay a penny to Infoserviczz. He eventually gave in and said he would credit me 100%. Then I asked for Infoserviczz phone # and address and he gave me phoney P.O. Box and a zip code with extra numbers. Lets get these scum bags!
