Internet Treasure Chest ripoff, misrepresentation, false information , missleading information. no refund for fee after 3 days, however you cannot see your website for a week. Chino California
After many attempts, steve called me and started a conversation about starting up the a web site with free credit card service. and that the site would have a monthly fee of $9.95. After I called the credit card service, it was not free but at a $35/mo. service fee. Still claiming it was free not withstanding the monthly fee. I was given the option of not accepting the credit card service. Then it would be free!
Steve told me it would be 5 to 7 days to get the website up and running. In good faith I waited until i could see that in fact there was a website. There was so I called in for the credit card service to find out there was the additional fee of $35 on top of the $9.95 fee. I then immediately canceled but was told because I failed to cancel within 3 days i would not be refunded. So because of the deceit on the part of itc I am now out $200. I will check with my credit card company to prevent them from continually billing me, as I have read that they do. It does not feel good to be a SUCKER!
