We requested that our timeshare be put up for rent. We were notified October 1st that it did not rent (occupancy date October 16th), we then called Interval International to bank the week. They would not bank the week when we called on October 1st because our membership was due to expire on the 15th (per their representative). We renewed and they gave us a confirmation number. We did not hear from them until two weeks later. We were left a voicemail that the charge card did not go thru.

I received a card from Interval stating that our timeshare had cancelled. I called the timeshare and they said Interval had cancelled. After giving them another card to use to update our membership, Interval refused to handle the situation and asked that we call another supervisor the next work day. In either case they had our fee, we lost our week, and no one stepped up to the plate to reconcile the problem. This was not the first problem with Interval, i.e. Marriott and until we sell our time shares, unfortunately for us, it won't be the last.
