Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In 1997 I submitted like an idiot an idea to ISC called a Jet Ski adapter seat which turns a stand up ski in to a seated ski. My wife was witness as well as some other friends. I thought of this because I weighed to much to ride the stand up ski and preffered to sit down because of a bad knee at the time. They called back and some gal stated that without 5 or 6 thousand dollars they were not going to be able to help me. Being a body and ski repairman times were tough.

Anyway last year I get a flyer showing the same exact idea in a production model from sea doo for 3995 but while supplies last and before the price goes up. And now other ski manufacturers are using it to in duplication. So I wrote them and they of coarse have no record of it in there files (ISC). They told me to contact the manufacturers and maybe this would ease my mind.I wrote back and called them SINNERS!! That was my only copy and original drawing which they never sent back to me.

Three years later I had a weird dream one night in which I believe to be given by the heavens. It showed a man that worked there selling my idea after all the smoke cleared and laughing at me as he counted his money. How would I ever think of it unless it was the "Bird that carried the Matter" as the Holy Scriptures suggested.

Something is rotten in Pittsburg to say the least, at least post this so others do not go the rip off route!

This is what I referenced concerning Kaardal. This sounds similar to your complaint and was around the same time. uspto.gov/web/offices/com/sol/foia/oed/disc/D2003-08.pdf Make sure you reference this in your complaint in association with Invention Submission-now known as Inventhelp. Do not let them bully you into a partial refund with the excuse that "it's been 10 years" like they tried with me-as well as a gag order. I want the full refund as required by the FTC-94 ruling. This is the minimum I will accept to even think about not talking about this scam. I have the list of alleged "companies" from their highly touted "databank" that had NOTHING to do with what I was trying to market-muchless that I needed foreign patents and was told I didn't-another violation of FTC-94. I don't care how long it's been. All this scam information and rulings have not been available for 10 years so who cares. I, myself, didn't get internet access until 1999 and was a real rookie trhen as to how to search and access information. I am quite a bit better now and they will pay-either me by way of a full refund or in loss of revenue which I know has already exceeded what they could/should have refunded me. Keep us updated. We must keep these slugs in the public eye to save others from the same fate.
