I was told by Invent-Tech research and development team that my game would cost about 10.00 dollars to make a proto type and sold to whole sellers for 20.00 dollars and passed on to the retailers for 30.00 dollars. All production materials and components were available on the commercial level. Low manufacturing cost using existing assembly lines and production facilities make it simple to mass produce. Some of this information was included in the manufacturers contact kit.I was also told by senior project manager that they would do anything a manufacturer would ask of them.I have hade manufacturers requesting proto types of my game through direct contact to me via E-mail.Invention Technologies could not deliver on claims they made.If the proto type cost 10.00 dollars why not make one for the manufacturers at there request? One of the manufacturers that I had a telephone conversation with who signed a NDA and was offered a 90 day licensing to do their research and development. He said why should I pay you royalties if I have to invent this game or re-invent this game and do all of the work myself. I carbon copied and printed all the E-mails and contact information that I have made with manufacturers.
