I got scammed too! & I know of at least one other business owner in our area that got hit by the same sales person/company, with palcement of atm, using the same sales pitch.

He makes promises and out right blantant lies about what his company can & will do.I am 20 months into my 60 mo. non-cancellable contract lease, and has not been enjoyable at all, besides from the lies he told to make the sale, the customer service is next to none. Although ,nice and apologetic when you can actually reach some one, there is a reason why they can't help you. "You signed a contract with LFG 233 north Michian ave. suite 1800 chicago il. 60601-5802.period.

Tech support is slow and will leave you with system down, waiting for a part, sorry, all our people are elsewhere maybe next week. or "oh I thought that was taken care of weeks ago." You have to stay on them . We are not priority, but we better make our lease payment or they will charge us late fees, if non-compliant they will put a lein on your property, plus charge for all fees. The Co. agrees that the tacticks used to place the atm on our property and to get us to sign was unethical, but all is fair in the business lies of a independant sales agent, ( card read, account executive) they have no control over the promises they make a potential customer. Any one that comes on the scene to help or assist, is either disappeared or no longer works for the company.

LFG, says if you have a good relationship with IQ, they can do a lease transfer, for $100.00 if the new operator checks out, IQ will move the atm on there property and take us off the lease. Dont know if they will actually do this as,we don't know anyone who wants an atm, and they said we were on our own to find someone, of course we were told they would find a new property to move atm to upon signing, now it is up to us , they know we wont be able to find someone, if we happend to then, they would probably come up with a new excuse as to why they can't honor that promise either. Guess, we dont have a good relationship cause manager Frazier Clark of IQ says no way we dont know anyone that wants an atm, the way society is moving away from cash.yeah thats what I said when they were pushing this thing onto me , oh no just try it out if it doesnt work out we will be more than happy to remove it. all lies. (isn"t this what they do , find properties to put these on ?) commissions are already made on this sale.

Look out ! IQ is now under a new name, Apline payment systems, seems they have had a bit of trouble . so they changed there name to protect the unethical. Alpine sales men had the gull to ask me for my merchant account, last week. I have a history with them all documented, times and dates of contact, names numbers, phone and faxes change often. put there alpine # in and IQ poped up.

IQ, is a legitament company banked by wells fargo, partnered with LFG (whom lease equiptment) cash solutions does there processing for the atm's , also legitament. The issue is that IQ, sends out sales reps. to bussiness to get there accounts, allowing them to do & say whatever nessessary to get a signature, and then hidding behind, that the sales guys are not backed by the company because they are independent agents. IQ told me that in a court of law they would stand on my side against the sales man, bearing no accountability to his actions, we would have to sue Chris and he no longer works for the company. After 20 months of run around, this is what I know to be true and factual. Currently I have system down. I am sure it's there response to me filing a complaint with the BBB recently, 7/26/08 is there deadline to respond to my complaint. Looks like I have there answer with the system down, recieving new run around, about repair, IQ is our tech support and they are fixing my wagon. maybe they will get to it next week I am told.

After many months and letter writting,to federal fair trade , 4states attorneys as there are 4 states involved the one i live, the one the sales man lives the one the finance group does business and the one that does the processing, 4 bbbs and yes they do care what there report looks like , because thats the first thing they asked of me was to clear my report with the bbb.(there is a law that protects business' to the right of fair pricing to overcharge excessive amounts for products is unlawful & unethical ). releasing me from the non cancellable lease contract and allow me to keep equipment that i had already paid over the fair market value, release of contract is not an addmition to guilt , is not how they do business,lfg states they want to end it amicably it was never lfg that misrepreseted, it was the salesman trying to make a buck to put food on his table, i get that, i never would have complained if he would had just been honest . i still would have signed on for the equiptment, he got greedy and tacked on an extra 40 months and 40 extra dollars per month that we agreed upon ,to make a healthier comission i suppose .but why cheat the people your doing business with, he ruined his chance at earning more commision from us as we grow our business, because we liked him and would have worked with him on other purchases, but instead made a one time sale and an enemy instead of a business relationship, i hope he learns something probably not as he figured hed never have to see us again. his company could not reconcile his mistake.and he refused to talk to us, he stood strong with his story of untruths to his boss and his boss says he cant cotrol the tactic his salesmen use to make a sell as they are independent. this means they work strictly on commission, i guess and answer to no one, his boss even said hed submit a polygraph funny they told me they fired him several lies ago. these guys are hungry and its the companies fault pay them a wage like the rest of us do, so they dont have to cheat to eat.once a lease is contracted with the financers the middle man is out of it.we are still doing business with his company as our tech support as they are bound to us to fix the equiptment we now own for the rest of the lease they signed ,as our tech support and no way will i let them out of that, but will not be getting any more of our trust/business, in the future.to the company that does not enforce its employees to do business honestly,and then take no resposibiliy never did anyone ever apologize for his mis doings they just made me feel like i deserved to grt ripped off because i was to stupidto say no in my business i take resposibilites of my staff if i had one rip off a customer i would pay them back out of my pocket,apologize to no end , and then fire the thief never did experiance any of the harrassment as others did, i paid each month faithfully while researching reconcilliation, no need to contact me as i was constantly in thier face with my calls, & letters,and continually kept them up to date with my complaints just in case they forgot me , sent them my notes of every conversation with names dates and comments, some on the other end were nasty, some simpathtic,but unable to help,, finally i got the get it done girl to listen after almost 3 years.
