istnetwork.us istnetwork.us no refund made upon waiting for 2 business days. i called them but nobody is picking up the phone my item was not even sent knoxville, Tennessee
After 1 month of waiting and arguing with the istnetwork.us employee maria cabigas and the said owner johan miles cespedes nothing happened. the other day he said he will send me my refund but yesterday there is none and today there is none. this is really a scam and i have no doubt that this is a work of heartless fraud people. my father had an attack of hypertension yesterday afternoon and he himself is pissed with with this maria and johan for he's been trying to contact that girl for 2 days and no answer. they have a lot of company istnetwork.us, istnetwork.me, istnetwork.net and a whole lot more. i will be posting the picture of that theft in tomorrow once i get the papers from my lawyer coz we are giving them until today 1/14/2010 if there is nothing i am filing a legal case againts maria cabigas since i have all the documents and information. please be aware of this people. they are scammers.

The party ordered a laptop acer 1690 , only paid base price not shipping cost however we did ship the laptop but was returned to us on january 4th . on december 24th we offered her a refund and told her we have no control of the shipper or why it did not get there she insisted on waiting , so on January 5th she was asked if she wanted it reshipped she said is best since i am going to Philippines to take it , that was the agreement as per January 5th , my trip to Philippines was scheduled for January 12 going first to Hong Kong then Beijing then Manila , projected arrival in Manila was January 17 , on January 12 she goes berserk and begins to email call and stated and demanded her laptop delivered to her NOW in a harassment campaign not to mention the vulgar insults. So immediately we decided to cancel her order once and for all , a refund has been issued , my boss wants me to file slander charges while i am in the Philippines. We do have all email communication which is legal documentation in a court of law.
