Person in customer care called Claudia she is a chronic liar, makes promises and does not follow up. no return emails or replies. THis company is not to be trusted. They never give you a decent reply, never answer any questions clearly and I was reading that they sell Replica stock and inferior product. Beware of this company .
I have tried several emails to them, they create tickets but never reply. they have a very bad customer service, they put no names, their phone number does not work.
I was promised 10 euros discount promo that code given never worked. DO NOT TRUST this company.Any purchases will not be met in a professional manner.
I have paid by credit card, the payment has gone through but I never received any confirmations at all, sent them an email but no response. they make promises, bad english, lies and lies.............................
