DON'T FALL FOR THESE BEDBUG TERMITE & MOLD INFESTED CONDOS. THERE ARE MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES AND THE PINELLAS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS ISSUED CITATIONS AND IS REVIEWING CLOSING AND TENTING THE HIGH INFESTATION OF BUGS!!!!! Read the internet reviews, call the Board of Public Health!!!
READ THIS: The Owners of these condos may include w-s-t and cable but you are paying for high electric bills as well as ROACHES, TERMITES, DRUG DEALERS, MOLD causing severe health issues, WATER DAMAGE thru the roofs and floors to your own property as well as an unsafe area for your children to play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

***Also the Night Guard goes around and tickets everyone with a WARNING and will have you towed if you are even visiting overnight! If you want to have an extra vehicle parked --- IT WON'T HAPPEN! Several of us even had our own cars towed and we had our parking tags on the seat. I'm still fighting for them to reimburse me.....

LOOK FOR THE BUG TENTS!!!! That's all poison even after you get back into the apartment. Remember, that poison stays in the walls. You WILL NEVER KNOW IF YOUR CONDO WAS TENTED!!!!!!!
