ITV Direct - Kevin Tudeau Ordered products shipped to wrong address customer service no such thing w/ this company!! Beverly Maine
On November 15, 2006 I ordered 2 books and 2 cd's from Kevin Trudeau's company, Natural Cures. I used my debit card, the monies were taken out of my account on November 16, 2006.
I called on January 16th (knowing it would take awhile for delivery) to follow up on my order. After being on hold (call wait time approx 20 minutes) the customer service girl could not find my order. I told her the money was taken out of my account.
She said i have to fax proof of that from my bank statement.
Which, at this time I'm not really comfortable giving out anymore personal information. I called back the following day (hold time 35 minutes)
got a customer service rep that found my order said it was shipped out. I asked where it was shipped to. She replied my home address. At the time i placed the order, I gave a bill to AND ship to address. The ship to address was NOT my home address. She said they made a mistake. I said ok..I want to cancel the order and would like a refund. I was told they could not refund me, because the charges were for shipping and handling !! Therefore, it seems like if i want my books i will have to pay again for the shipping and handling. I asked for a supervisor and of course their weren't any available. I left voicemail and have not heard from them yet.
I have spent ONLY 2 days working on this so far. I am frustrated and angry !! especially after seeing the Rip-Off report site.
Apparently, I am not alone here.
Something needs to be done. I desperately want to get results, but I dont even know where to start.
I am glad I found the Rip-Off report site, maybe with more of us speaking up we will get some results. As they say strength in numbers.
