ITW Space Bag Never sent order or responded to phone calls or emails, filed fraud form with bank to get money back ripoff San Diego California Internet
On June 16, 2007 I went on line and ordered the Space Bags (saw advertising on tv). I never received the product. After calling 2 times, I emailed and never received a response to the emails or a return phone call. I had to go to my bank and file the fraud form to have my money returned after 2 1/2 months.
When you call Space Bag, you are put on hold for around 20 minutes then a recording comes on that says "due to the high call volume, please leave a message and we will call you back". They did not return my phone calls. If you do not leave a message the phone will disconnect.
