company sent products and charged two times 88.97 after i cancelled . when i called they said i didn't cancell . this time they are saying the account is cancelled as of 8/19/08 they charged 88.97 two times tomy credit card. without my permission. I sent product back when i received it return tio sender . this time i still have it and now they never recived the first package I sent back. I will send this one back and get a tracking number . My credit card company says i need this number to file a dispute.

Have you tried calling us. We have very easy way of checking if you canceled in time. If you sent an email please forward me that email. If you call our 866 number please email me the number you called from and I can check our call logs. If I find that you did cancel in time I will issue a full refund. [email protected]
