Ordered thru face book add my credit card was charged immediately was told 3-5 days for delivery after 10 days I emailed to ask where my Cameras were and was told that they ran out and would ship as soon as they got more in. After 6 weeks I asked again and they said the same thing so then I asked to cancel my order which was on February 14 and for them to refund my money they said no problem, after numerous emails getting the same generic response of so sorry I will resend it, I still have not gotten my refund and now they won’t even answer my emils. My bank says because I asked for cancellation that they need a cancellation receipt in order to give me my money back, so they as well won’t help I am out $127.99 please help
