I had did a job for Ira Blaine, Ira had paid me a partial payment once I was 90 percent completed. Ira Blaine will not pay me now and kept telling me to wait. Ira then started to ignore my phone cals and tx messages so I started to get annoyed and txed him saying I needed my money and still no responce. Finally I would get Ira on the phone then he tells me he doesnt want to pay me because now Im demanding my money I guess shame on me! Im a small business owner with a wife 4 year old and 2 year old single income house hold. Ira Blaine owes me $1595 thats alot of money for someone in my position. I have taken other actions and submitted the proper paperwork so hopefully I get paid but the truth of the matter its a loss at this point. after doing some homework on Ira this is a very common thing that he does.

Ira Blaine,Iwm,consultant,Diversified and Walker Blaine what ever it is you wish to call yourself is nothing but a thief. I have documents that supports my case. Ira Blaine had written up a change order on 11/1/2016 and the only reason it was a change his previous electrician was ripped off from Mr Ira Blaine as well. Ocean Electric was only installing Highhats. There was more work to be done that Ira Baine and home owner had signed off on and the unauthorized work that Mr Blaine claims was written and approved by him. The contract I had written was sent to Ira Blaine then Ira Blaine rewrote the same with his letterhead. The truth of the matter is I will not see my money but Ira Blaine,consultant,Diversfied and walker what ever name or position he hold is words chosen from a thief nothing more and nothing less. What documents do you have to support your claims as I have all of mine. Google Ira Blaine,Iwm,Diversfied and you will see the truth he has other cases that are alike.

Bill Fraser went into contract with I.W.M. Builders LLC. Not Ira Blaine. I am a Consultant and cconstruction manager for the company. Not the owner. Bill completed the proposed contract and was paid. His dispute was for the alleged extras he elected to load into the job. Without prior authorization. E.C Electric,Bill Fraser is trying to pressure I.W.M. to pay for services unauthorized. Numerous threatening texts have been sent to the company cell phone. They have been turned over to the authorities for review of harassment charges. The rip off is Bill Fraser not I.W.M. Builders LLC. Upon request, I.W.M. will be happy to supply a list of venders and suppliers that are paid promply.
