Undisclosed damage issue with a 2014 Hyundai Equus sold without disclosing rear end damage from a prior wreck. (Tulsa Oklahoma Hyundai located the undisclosed damage) Photos were sent to Mr G Baber.

Please note that J Pauley Toyota can not deny knowledge of said damage in that they were seen using electronic devices to locate such damage on other vehicles. Therefore it stands to reason that J Pauley was fully aware of the rear end damage to the 2014 Hyundai Equus and failed to disclose this fact to the buyer.

Spoke with Mr. G Baber about the undisclosed damage to the 2014 Hyundai Equus, Mr. G Barber statements were unprofessional, asserting that any assistance that I receive would be at his leisure which only solidifying the propensity for unsavory acts.

Mr. Baber stated that I should move forward with all complaints. I will take Mr. Baber's advice and move forward with all complaints. Please note that all negative J Pauley Toyota feedback hereafter posted warning other consumers as a result of Mr. Baber's failure to assist the consumer.

Vehicle had bad or defective materials used in clear coat paint (rear passenger side panel) also, bad defective clear coat around the tail lamp. Took the vehicle to the Tulsa Hyundai Dealership (clear coat paint peeling) service department inspected the defects for cause and found the vehicle had extensive poor body repair from prior wreck (Hit Hard form the rear) This damage was not listed on the Carfax, nor was it reported by the seller.
