I like to be transparent, so I have to say that the representative that contacted me has credited further 3 euro for charges, understanding my inconvenience.
I'm satisfatied about this compensation, I will continue to use Jajah, now that I retrieved trust in them.

Hello,first of all, I have to thanks Ripoffreport, because only after having submitted my report, I have been contacted by Jajah.
Anyway Jajah has been correct, a representative has explained me some details, apologized for the problems, and refunded me with 2 euro on my balance (99 cents + 1.01 compensation).I have retrieved reliance in Jajah.
As a whole, I'm happy about the problem's resolution.
