     I deposited $20 into my JAJAH account for telephony services, as a deposit must be made prior to use. It was less than a year when I tried to make overseas calls, and they had already reduced my balance to $0. Now that I read the contract in its entirety, I find a clause that after one year of no use, they simply take your money. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact them to no avail. You have to use their contact form and scouring their internet pages fails to reveal contact numbers or addresses. It does indicate that " in 2010 JAJAH was acquired by Telefonica Europe."

     This demonstrates JAJAH/Telephonica Europe does not follow good company practices on several points: 1)They take your money without providing any service. 2)They are totally unresponsive to contact attempts. 3)They hide in the cloud without providing landlines or physical address. 4)The enabling wording to steal your money is hidden in the contract. 5)No notice to "use or loose" is provided though they have both YOUR telephone number and email address.
