Do NOT ever listen to a word Jake Brooks says, PLEASE, even if he makes it sound like the sweetest deal for you and your son, which he will. He will talk to you and make it seem as if his baseball club is a dream come true for you and your family. He will get information out of you and then make everything he says seem personalized to your needs. He will do this without you even realizing it. Please do not fall for this like we did. We didn't realize what was happening until it was too late and we were out more than $1500!! And believe me, he will sweet talk you and he does it as a true professional scam artist would do!
This guy is so much more of a scam artist than any type of baseball player. He scammed me into joining his baseball club and made it sound like it was the perfect club right next to where we Live. He doesn't even have a home field for his club and most games were an hour plus away for us. He would make it seem that there were wonderful opportunities for tournaments and would get money out of us to secure our sons' spots on the tournament roster. And in case you didn't guess, there were NO tournaments. This guy talked me into buying cleats and bats from him because he comvinced me he had the best to offer and the best deals. Guess what? we paid a lot of money for all this new equipment and of course we never received any of it.
You may be thinking you would never fall for this and it's our fault for believing this guy and giving him money right? That's why I can't stress to all of you enough to please never engage with this guy. You won't realizing you are falling for it either he is that good. He is a scam artist, a conniving con that swindled and cheated us out of $1500 plus! Jake brooks is a fraud in every sense of the word please don't be his next victim!
