Our brand hired Janelle through our third party sales agent to handle PR for a launch event we were hosting in New York. Under the agreement with our agent, Janelle committed to multiple deliverables that included press and media hit procurement, event recap, press release distribution, and influencer marketing. We invested a substantial amount of money in this event and relied on Janelle to create a buzz for our US launch. First, our agent informed us that Janelle lied to those she invited saying she would be there, and those that showed up said she marketed the event as Suite PR event, which it was not. Janelle never followed up with our agent to deliver press release, the only thing she did was get a few people in the room. The agreement our agent signed also said that our agent could not talk bad about Janelle, and now we see why. When our agent informed us that Janelle had been ignoring thier follow ups and phone calls we did a little digging and found this site. Needless to say, the other complaints against Janelle on this site sound very similar and demonstrate a pattern of taking budgets but never doing the job. Not to mention we are out of thousands of dollars we spent giving her guests product that they never reviewed per request. We are VERY unhappy with the outcome and would recommend that any and all brands stay AWAY from Suite PR and Janelle Langford in the United States. You will not get what you paid for and she will take your money and run. Do not do business with this fake PR firm.
