Jared jewelry poor quality products lake worth Florida
I don't understand how a company that sale so terrible qualityjewelries like jared stay in business. I brought a watch from jared for my mother, on her birthday not ever a few month later, the watch broke. It was a coach watch. Which cost me at lease $300.00 or more. At the time, I brought the watch the lady told me to purchase insurance for the watch case something happens to it, the insurance would cover it. She convince me and I brought the insurance. Keep in mind they insurance come with a lifetime warranty, which I was told. When I took the watch back to them, for them to fix it. The lady told me the insurance she made me purchase, only cover the diamond, so they can't fix it But can give me an estimate on the cost. I was so angry that cry when I heard the watch I spend so much money on for my mother, wouldn't be fix unless I put more money down. I regret going to jared to bought the watch.
I should have went to (((competitor's anme redacted))). If I had brought it at (((redacted))), I wouldn't have that kind of problem. (((redacted))) would have fix it free of charge or give me a new watch or money back. I would know because my boyfriend bought me one at (((redacted))) before.they fix it without any problem. I hate jared quality. They products are so bad that I had to trash my jared credit card. That same day i had to bring my 2 nacklace, bracelet, and the watch. Because one of the bracelet was a pearl bracelet, they refuse to fix it also. All of the jewelries I bought from them broke. It is horrifying that a company like that is still in business. Until today i have to keep on bring my jewelries back to get fixed. The quality is so terrible. I purchased over 6000 dollars worth of jewelry from them. People stay away from this company. The Lie about their insurance. DO YOURSELF AND PACKET A FAVOR, DO NOT BUY FROM JARED. GO TO (((redacted))). DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM. MY JEWELRIES WAS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD WHEN THEY STARTED BREAKING .
