If you see a posting on craigslist for "TAKE OVER PAYMENTS" OR "STAYS IN OWNER'S NAMES" with a fee attached to the posting, odds are you are reading a Fresh Start/Premier Capital Scam advertisement. 

These people are the worse people you can come in contact with, especially during these hard economic times.  They advertise using the slogan "WANT OUT OR WANT TO TAKE OVER CAR PAYMENTS?", the HUGE problem is these people are embezzling the money!! 

They CON innocent people into believing they will find someone to take over their car payments or place you in a car without running your credit.  Once they have your car, it's all their scam.  They place cars while charging the "Permissive User" a high deposit fee, have the "Permissive User" making payments thinking the payment goes to the auto loan, and during this whole time Jason Denman, Amanda Seminoff, et al are embezzling this money!!  The Owners are now panicked because they have received no payments, and eventually report the car stolen!!  This leads to someone from the company to come steal the car and hide it until the police find it or they place the car with someone else and continue the scam. 

These people are obviously expert Scam Artists!!  Others have posted how they have been scammed as well. 

It is hard to imagine how people like this have no heart or soul to continue stealing money!!

EVERYONE BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FAKE CHARM!!  IT IS HOW THEY RUN THIER CON!!

Hello,

I don't know how people can get away with posting such mean things, but Premier Capital and associates have helped me a lot. I couldn't pay for my car, so I used their services. I knew what I was getting involved in and I read the contracts over and over. How can anyone say this company is a scam or a con? Ridiculous!

I love this service and thank them for helping me. I would hate to be the middle man like you guys, but you do a good job at it. Props to you!

No one is perfect, so don't let these bitter people get to you. They seem frivilous and they probably got their car repossessed. Oh well, move forward Premier! Keep your heads up.

This rebuttal has been written by the previous operators of Fresh Start Enterprises. Please note Fresh Start is no longer operating but we feel it necessary to post a response. We are responding to libelous claims about our organization. As you can see who ever has posted this complaint about our organization has opted to do it anonymously, and without showing any proof of an actual complaint about our company. We feel strongly that this is really one of our competitors and that this is with malicious intent.

First of all we would like to extend an apology to our clients regarding these false claims, as we know that the reputation of a company you work with is valuable to you and these types of claims can raise unnecessary doubts and concerns to both our past, present and future clients. In response, we challenge this poster, if they were in fact a client, to provide us with their first and last name, along with the year, make, model, and VIN number of the vehicle or vehicles that are the subject of this complaint. We invite you to correspond with us at the dedicated email that we have set up for your benefit [email protected] and we will update this report with any and all correspondence and communication regarding your complaint. If the poster of this complaint or any other client or potential client is concerned about these libelous claims we encourage you to ask your agent for a verified list of references. We value our clients and our reputation. We would like to notify all of our clients about this report and we will be sending a link to the report to any and all current clients as well as any prospective clients from this point on. We believe in complete transparency and we stand behind our service 100%.

We thank our current customers for your continued support and patronage and we respectfully request that you post a rebuttal with a short testimonial about your experience with our company; we also ask that if you are a dissatisfied client that you post the year make and model along with your VIN # in order to validate your complaint as Genuine or contact us directly as we are dedicated to providing exemplary service and we value your input on how we may better serve your needs. It is impossible to make everyone happy. Walmart is on ripoff report too, but the majority of people still shop there. If these postings were done by an Owner, remember why you came to this service, you couldn't afford your car. You chose this service and signed contracts, no one forced your hand. You used this company as a last resort, it is not the fault of Amanda Seminoff or Jason Denman. If these postings are by Users, you probably didn't pay on time and violated the Zero Tolerance Agreement. We know its easy to be bitter and think you were wronged, but you weren't. You wouldn't be going to this service if your credit was excellent, so admit what really happened...you didn't pay on time and Fresh Start simply enforced their policies. It's business, don't take it personal. No one forced your hand either when you signed the contracts. It's very easy to point the finger at someone else, or this company, or Amanda personally, or Jason personally but go back to the beginning, remember the facts that happened prior. Why did you originally come to this company? What are you getting accomplished with these posts? Let's deal with things hands on, we are not perfect, and personal attacks on character or mudslinging is not necessary. If for whatever reason you feel wronged, we apologize, but we urge you to email us, so we can deal with this civilly. With your best interest in mind, Fresh Start Enterprises.
