Josh Michael Brigham Of JB Tile And Stone LLC Unprofessional false contractor doing poor work with tile and laminate flooring with false guarantee Lake Elsinore California
I recently had some work done to the house and the person I choose to do the work is using craigslist to get work. He had some good pictures and seemed like he knew what he was doing. Terribly it was a mistake on my part. He was extremely unprofessional, had a poor attitude, did sub-standard work, and brought his personal life to the job-site. He would never clean up after the days work leaving dangerous materials for my 2 year old to find laying around. Let his 64oz drink cups all over and one even damaged some grout he just laid.
He was contacted to do tile and then later said he could and has done laminate floors. This was a lie. He didn't even read the directions of the laminate flooring packaging and the information on the transition pieces. He had to repair every aspect of the job from tile to flooring. and still needs to fix a whole entire floor. When we would approach him the following day about things we wanted fixing he gave us attitude and took everything personally. He even told my wife to shut up so that he could take to me only. I had to tell him that the money we are paying him comes from a joint account and she is apart of this process and has every right to be heard. We told him that before we paid him we needed to have someone look over his work and he then threatened us by saying "I will bring ten guys here to your home to get my money". He even got mad at me when I told him that its not a good idea to bring your girlfriend to the job-site for I am liable for any injuries she could incur. Now I have an entire section and hallway that needs to be repaired at my cost or until I get him to small claims court.

I have learned that he has also allegedly been arrested for check fraud. I also learned that Josh's last name before adoption was Wilkinson. He as also had problems with other clients and even a case on the BBB website under Idaho Flooring Co.
