I ordered a pair of shoes for mothers day, a totally different pair of shoes were sent to me but I kept them for my daughter. I ordered the shoes again but no shoes were sent, but got a bill. Their slow processing is a ripoff.

I reordered the shoes and was given a reply that they would be hand picked. Latter was sent a notice by email that the shoes were unavailable because of company supply. A day latter I received a email showing billing and shoes shipped. I never received the shoes but got the bill on mastercard.

I reported the matter and received a reply of; Thanks for contacting us. Invoice --- shows delivered on --- by ups, Invoice ----- shows delivered on ----- by ups. thankyou for shopping JC Penny.

I don't know what to do, I am billed 60 some odd dollars for shoes I don't have and kept the ones I didn't want. Their is usually someone hear for packages so I know I didn't get one and I looked all through the yard.

What do I do now?
